A bit about myself.
I am a current level 3 qualified personal trainer.
I am also a current professional rugby player with years of experience in the professional environment. I have been coached by some of the best Strength and Conditioning coaches in the country and learnt from them. This has enabled me to pursue my interest in becoming a coach myself, wanting to help other people to get into the best shape of their life and enjoy doing so, as well as helping athletes to reach their full potential. I enjoy coaching dedicated people to stay fit and healthy, whilst still enjoying other aspects of their life.
